Golf d'Aro-Mas Nou is one of the oldest golf courses of the Costa Brava, (Platja d’Aro). This Championship course is located just 7km North East of La Costa Golf & Beach Resort.
Surrounded by forest and 300m above sea level in "Les Gavarres" mountains, the course has spectacular views of Costa Brava and the surrounding mountains. The 15th tee boasts the best sea views from Cape Begur to Tossa de Mar. Two large artificial lakes enhance the tranquility of this magnificent course.
Golf d'Aro-Mas Nou has hosted the European Tour, including the Martini Open 1990, Open 1992 and Catalonia Ladies Masters 2006.
The 18 holes require great accuracy from the tee due to narrow fairways but, players are rewarded with large greens.
